You can now be signed into your desk on a mobile device and a desktop device. This will obviously make checking your inbox on the go much easier!

This weeks roll-out.

This week, our continued UI roll-out will include:

• retaining applied filters to your inbox
  
  
• retaining the page position in your ticket list
  
  
• a ‘Next Ticket’ button on the ticket screen.

Planned roll-out is over-night Thursday.
